We reply within 3 hours during business hours (9am–8pm Malaysia time). On WhatsApp, it's usually within minutes.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead so we can confirm availability with our vendors. For last-minute requests, WhatsApp is your best bet.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, allergies — just let us know when you book and we'll make sure every stop works for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. After that, we offer a full refund or rebooking if we can fill your spot.
