1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include all food and guide services.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge
No-show: full charge
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather — full refund offered

3. Dietary Requirements

We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, and common allergies. Please inform us at least 48 hours before the tour of any specific dietary needs.

4. Health & Safety

Participants should be in reasonable health for light walking (approximately 2km). Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

5. Photography

We may take photos during tours for marketing purposes. Let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Liability

Simply Enak is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during tours. Participants join at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued booking after changes constitutes acceptance.
